Homeowners Fear Chinese Drywall in their Homes April 17, 2009
Jason and Susan Greenberg own a home in Banyan Isle in Coral Springs, Florida, and say they’ve got a toxic drywall problem. Their home was built in 2006 by WCI Communities Inc, who recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Greenbergs have dealt with silver turning black, wire corrosion, and even had to replace their air-conditioning system because the coils where corroded. Many gathered at a homeowners meeting to discuss the concerns that have with chinese drywall in their homes. Homeowners say they just want their homes fixed.
